Meet Pamela

Pamela Nonemaker embarked on her real estate journey in 1992, seeking a profession that would allow her to help people achieve the "American Dream" of homeownership while staying actively involved in her family life. Today, Pam is the proud mother of two wonderful children, Casey (31) and Nicholas (29), and happily married for 32 years to her supportive husband, Jeff, who has been her partner in both business and parenting.
 
With a deep passion for community leadership and giving back, Pam has dedicated herself to supporting numerous charitable causes, including the Children’s Miracle Network, the fight against breast cancer, Run for Jaime, and the Red Cross. Her success is built on a genuine love for people—whether they are clients or members of her community. Pam has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the Northern Virginia real estate market for over 30 years.
 
Throughout her career, Pam has sold hundreds of properties across Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Her ability to navigate the real estate market with expertise and deliver exceptional service has earned her both production and service awards.
